Been meaning to stop into this market for quite some time. Unfortunately, we don’t usually have weekends to travel about London. Instead, J and I hit up the Borough Market on a Tuesday.
Conclusion, there’s not much happening on Tuesdays.
As a consolation, J bought us a mix and match bag brimming with homemade fudge. Yum.
A little gem of a stand, Whirld Sweet Artisans creates melt in your mouth amazingness, in the form of sugary sweet fudge.
Called honeycomb in the UK, I found the equivalent to one of my favorite treats abroad.
My favorite of the fudge was the sea salt and caramel, above. Amazing. I couldn’t stop eating it. So, our mix and match bag looked something like this…
I think that the fudge we got to enjoy was a really great way to treat ourselves for missing out on the usual weekend market fun.
But we’ll definitely have to make time for it and head back soon.

I know! As an avid food lover (who isn’t) I need to get there on the weekend. It’s in the plans within the next few weeks… hopefully before the crazed Christmas rush too! X
