Welcome to Hever Castle 🏰 The castle was once home to the Boleyn family and was where a young Anne Boleyn grew up.

The famous 13 steps lead to this room, which is believed to have been the nursery for the children. It was childhood room for Anne and her sister Mary, who would have shared a bed like this one. And George likely here in a cradle too.

Honestly, I feel so grateful to be able to step through history and to visit places like this around the world and to think of all the lives of people who came before us. These are literally the steps that Anne and her family walked up and down in the past!
