A Weekend Getaway

London. The most beautiful city in the world. Well I’m a little biased.

But there are days when you need to get away. You need to escape the city and hideaway in the country. A weekend getaway.

So for Halloween weekend, we packed our bags and hit the trains. The south was calling us, particularly the beauty that is the New Forest.

The New Forest is known for their roaming ponies and endless paths into the woods. I was so ready to explore and get my head out of the city.

Fresh air, here I come!

We spent our time at the Rhinefield House Hotel, a beautifully gorgeous location nestled deep in the forest.

Honestly, we couldn’t have picked a more perfect spot to rest up. And um, quite appropriate for Halloween weekend, am I right?

We quickly tossed our bags in the room and set out to explore the grounds. The Rhinefiled House Hotel has stunning grounds to walk about. It’s the sort of place where you go simply to eat, drink and relax.

I was up for the challenge.
