After 10 years of old luggage sets we’ve been using since our wedding (followed by me taking whatever suitcase my mom happened to have in her basement at home)…
We are finally joining the Antler luggage family!
In my recent years, delving more into travel blogging – I do actively describe my profession as a travel blogger now – it’s about time we upgraded our cases to something that is super easy and comfortable to travel with for our frequent jet setting and car journeys.
My magical travels certainly deserve to be packed beautifully too!
And I couldn’t be happier to travel in style with a new Antler Luggage set.
Plus, the cases are super pretty!
As Joe said to me, “Kelly – these wheels actually wheel!” with unbridled excitement. So you know it was time.
Now that I am no longer embarrassed by our old suitcases, I am so happy to share my thoughts on our shiny new Antler Luggage set.
Our new Antler luggage is the Clifton set in Ochre.
The beautiful yellow colour is absolutely perfect for me and reminds me of my favourite season, it’s autumn every day with my Antler luggage. It’s actually a limited-edition colour as well so if you love it as much as I do, don’t miss out!
I’ll start with the aesthetics.
Clearly, I love the Antler Luggage Ochre colour and Clifton case design. But I’m also very much looking forward to being able to immediately spot it on the conveyor belt at baggage claim when we travel.
Here’s what is included in the Antler luggage set:
The Clifton set in Ochre contains the following sizes:
- Large (35x52x80cm)
- Medium (30x45x67cm)
- Cabin (20x40x55cm)
These are hard-shell cases and they are incredibly light weight.
Joe, my professional husband/bag carrier kept asking if I needed help with my case but for once I actually was fine wheeling it around and even lifting it up a set of stairs.
PS. They are very easy for storage, they all fit into directly into each other and come with handy dust bags too.
Here are the specific need to know details (you can also find this on Antler’s website):
- Innovative, twist-grip handle (all sizes)
- Expander zips on the medium and large
- Weight 2.8kg (cabin), 3.9kg (medium), 5.0kg (large)
- Packing capacity 37L (cabin), 75L (medium), 121L (large)
- Expanded capacity 83L (medium), 132L (large)
- TSA combination lock
- 10-year warranty
The Luggage Interiors
The interior of the cases feel so luxury and premium.
They are tan in colour with plenty of zips and pockets to store all of your items in an organised fashion. As someone who has never packed in an organised fashion ever, I’ve spared sharing the inside of what my own packing looks like – however you can check out my Instagram for a glimpse at the Cabin Luggage interior.
My thoughts on my Antler Luggage set
It’s easy to tell that I’m a new Antler luggage fan.
Our new cases are exactly what we need for our travel packed lives. I’m looking forward to continuing to use them from here on out.
And in a world filled with very expensive suitcases, these cases are actually such a bargain for what you receive and at very reasonable price (especially for three cases!).
Of course, you can purchases cases individually if you would prefer (though sets often work out a bit cheaper if you are in the market for a few).
I would probably recommend for frequent heavy packers (myself!) who travel as a couple or a family to probably have this set as well as perhaps another Large case.
I will likely add another Large case as Joe and I travel back and forth to America quite a lot and often require at least two large bags to fit everything we need for our checked luggage.
A little bonus? Don’t forget to add on extras like the Clifton Vanity Case when you’re picking out your new luggage.
It’s perfect for storing my toiletries and it easily slots onto your larger cases handles.
You can buy your very own Antler luggage sets on their site.
And while I’d of course recommend my Ochre set – they have so many other colours to choose from. Though just a little tip, the Ochre is currently on sale. You’re welcome!
I can’t wait to continue to share my magical travels with you all! And to FINALLY show what our suitcases look like in all of my travels from here on out!
