Sorry to disappoint you Shirley Bassey, but sometimes a girl’s gotta rock a big fake Kate Spade diamond.
Because once in awhile we need to have a bit of gaudy and outrageous in our lives.
Enter, these Kate Spade studs. So how did I find these beauts?
I ordered two pairs of earrings to pick from for my wedding day. These didn’t make the final cut wedding wise, but I couldn’t bring myself to return them.
There was something striking and familiar about them.
They remind me of those old clip ons from the 60s that my grandma used to wear. Pairs were constantly strewn about her jewelry box and I always admired them growing up.
Now I have my own to add to my jewelry collection.
I love being able to mix up my accessories like this, where an older style meets modern me.
So what do you guys think of these stunners?
Are big bold earrings on your radar as a Spring/Summer 2014 trending accessory?
xx Kelly
PS. I really can’t wait to show you all the earrings I’m saving to wear at my wedding! So soon! xo
Those are stunning!! Such a staple piece. I wouldn’t of been able to return them either!
I’ve been wearing them everywhere! Definitely a new favorite. xo
Gorgeous! And those clip-ins your grandma had? My jewelry box is littered with them! They’re my absolute favorite.
They are so fun and always completely outrageous looking. I’m glad I’m not the only one who admired them 🙂 xo
