Peace. Love. Village England.
A few weeks ago I was introduced to the Village England company and I had to admit, it didn’t take long for me to fall head over heels in love with them and their gorgeous handbags.
While recently I’ve been downsizing handbags – anything that makes traveling light on the tube lately has been my kind of jam – with my upcoming travel across the Atlantic home to the states, I knew I’d want something that could hold EVERYTHING.
Enter the Beamish.
Enter pockets, zippers and compartments galore.
And quite possibly the softest buttery leather I’ve ever felt.
This is the handbag of a very busy, complex and stylish woman. And kind of funny. Sometimes.
I went for the taupe colour so that I could rock this bag straight from the professional world through to my everyday life. But for the next few weeks at home, I’m keeping it casual. Jeans and jumpers all the way.
The Beamish is the only handbag I brought with me for my adventures back home, which says it all without saying much.
All of the pockets held and secured all my travel documents, passport, random makeup goods, headphones, iPad… Basically my life fit into the bag. I even popped my laptop in it for a period of time. LOVE.
Okay, so the Beamish is of course, amazing. But Village England has created an entirely new S/S16 stunning collection that focuses catering to the lives of busy women. If you’re running around London the collection of bags seamlessly blend from day to night with beautiful new colours and more luxurious leather combinations.
My other two favourites? The Chelmorton and the Edenfield leopard bags. I can definitely see myself rocking these into the spring and summer seasons with faded jeans and soft white shirts and a pair of sandals.
So many to choose, so little time.
Get ready, you’ll be seeing the Beamish in all my Instagram posts from now on. It’s my new favourite.
