Hello lovelies!
I thought it would be good to break up the holiday posts with a little bit of beauty.
It’s about time we talked about how I tested the Richard Ward anti-aging argan hair collection
Over the past year or so, I’ve gone crazy blonde. I no longer do the natural highlights thing, I straight up hit the bottle of dye. I’m not ashamed in the least that I’m a bottle blonde, however it’s damaging my hair like nobody’s business.
But I think I’ve found a solution.
Hello to Richard Ward and his fabulous hair product collection. Now, I’d never heard of Richard Ward before I moved to England (I know, this is why I’m not a beauty blogger) but the second I heard he’s the mastermind behind Kate Middleton’s locks it was game over. She’s the type of woman who always rocks an effortlessly flowy look with thick gorgeous strands. Why I wasn’t born with the same gifted hair, I’ll never know.
I’ve been using these constantly for the past few weeks in an effort to mimic Ward’s classic ‘Chelsea Blow Dry’ while nourishing and protecting my hair at the same time and I have to say, I’m ridiculously in love.
My hair hasn’t been this soft (with this kind of damage we’re working with) in years. So what have we got in your hair rescue kit? For your shower/bath, the essentials: Argan Shampoo and Conditioner
Post shower? We’re talking the Argan Spritz. This is actually my favourite product of them all. It’s a 10-in-1 (seriously) styling spritz. Instead of my hair feeling frizzy after I dry it, it’s soft and smooth… and I don’t necessarily need to straighten it after, but if I do… it STAYS SOFT. It makes sense that this is called the Chelsea Collection and I generally feel that when I’m walking around Chelsea, everyone has fabulous hair.
As a bonus, there’s the Elixir, which can be used on wet or dry hair. Enhanced with mineral extracts, it promises to work to reduce flyaway hair and frizz and produce shine. It definitely lives up to the promise.
When I started using these products a few weeks ago, I did a little Snapchat video as well…
PS. Be sure to follow me on Snapchat! (@kellyprincew)
In conclusion, I can easily say that after a few weeks of trying out the products, I’m a new Richard Ward fan. The only way these could get any better would be if he personally came to my house everyday and actually style my hair for me.
Kelly xoxo
