Just when you think Northern Ireland couldn’t get

Just when you think Northern Ireland couldn’t get any more magical…you stumble upon Kinbane Castle 🏰✨
�This hidden gem of a castle dates back to the 1500s! The ruins may have been weathered by time, but I still think it’s one worth visiting!

Take caution though, from the car park at the top it’s 140 steps down to this cliffside castle. And the way down is MUCH easier than the climb back up. But I always feel it’s worth it for the reward 🏰

Prices for the train will vary depending on the length/duration of the experience, but we paid £495 each for their Christmas Lunch, which is 5.5 hours aboard the luxury train complete with 5 courses, a bottle of wine, and champagne on arrival but updated prices for this year are £535 per person!

Would we book this again? Absolutely!!! 🚂🚂🚂

What to know about The Jacobite ⤵️
🎟 Standard seat tickets are roughly £70.
🛤 You’ll spot famous destinations from the films like Glenfinnan Viaduct and Dumbledore’s grave along the journey
🚂 The train leaves from Fort William station
🥂 You can buy food and drinks on the trolley, even alcohol!
🌫 The windows open so you can take it all in! Make sure to watch out for falling ash from the coal though. I got hit with it 😅
📖 It’s a LONG train journey. Round trip the day out will be about six hours!
