Happy Sunday! And Happy Christmas from us to you!
I know, I know, it’s not actually Christmas, but this weekend we’re celebrating early with family in the UK. Since we’ll be in the USA for December 25th this year, we wanted to have a special celebration here before we left.
Grab a cuppa and get settled in to enjoy your weekly Sunday Coffee series.
Here’s the lowdown on the past week, what’s coming soon and what I’m loving right now.
Time for your Sunday Coffee.
1. Mini Christmas! We’re incredibly lucky to have amazing families on both sides of the Atlantic and today, we’re opening gifts under the tree, popping bottles of champagne and toasting to a very Happy Christmas with our family in the south of England. (Note that when I’m in the states, it’ll be a very Merry Christmas.)
2. Village England Gorgeousness. My new handbag is out of this world beautiful. I’ve been so busy I haven’t completed a style post yet… so continue to stay tuned!
3. Thanksgiving Feast at Dirty Bones. So from accidental brunch, comes the true feast of champions. The Dirty Feast of Thanksgiving was everything we could have ever wanted and more. Fried chicken, mac and cheese, jalapeño cornbread and then some. It wasn’t a typical Thanksgiving feast by any meals, but it was all kinds of wonderful.
4. Press London juice cleanse! I’ve completed the cleanse this week! I shockingly was incredibly healthy for three days this week, which truly was probably wise after the whole Dirty Bones Thanksgiving feast. My overall thoughts? I feel better and slightly healthier, but the verdict is out on whether or not it made a true difference.
5. So I might have bought some boots this week. Kurt Geiger made me do it! I swear! The Sabre low boot and these over the knee babes were necessary in my life. My old pair of KG boots I bought last year were falling apart and I needed a replacement… or two. And I have to say, I’m in love.
6. I’m looking into a new winter coat and I’m going to try to find one this week before I leave for the states. Inspiration and tweets sent my way with ideas are MORE than welcome. Tweet. Insta. Repeat.
7. In less than a week I’ll be waking up in America! The countdown is on!
8. Which means, I have one week left to enjoy Christimastime in the beautiful city of London. In five days, I somehow need to find time to visit the Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park, go ice skating, and buy everyone back home their London Christmas gifts. Wish me luck!
And that’s the latest on life in Londontown! I have so much to do ahead of us leaving town, and I know there’s plenty that I need to get up on the blog. I’ve definitely fallen a little bit behind on posts and what’s new. I’m looking forward to the chance to slow down and relax when I’m home! What are you looking forward to this week?
And that’s your Sunday Coffee update.
